About the Wisconsin PGA

The Wisconsin Section is one of the 41 sections that comprise the regional entities of the PGA of America. Over 600 members and associates belong to the Wisconsin Section, stretching from areas in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to almost the entire state of Wisconsin. Annually, the Wisconsin Section conducts over 40 professional events, operates their foundation – PGA REACH Wisconsin, and participates in several growth-of-the-game activities including PGA Jr. League, Drive, Chip and Putt and PGA HOPE. Wisconsin PGA Office is located at 11350 W. Theo Trecker Way in West Allis, Wis.

On to the Round of 32! ⛳️

The Vortex WPGA Match Play Championship officially took over The Club at Strawberry Creek on Monday. The field battled through a grueling 36-hole grind, contending with biting winds and dipping temperatures all day long.

Medalist Honors: Michael ...Crowley set the pace, firing a solid 3-under-par 69 in the morning qualifying/seeding round.

Keeping Momentum: Crowley didn’t let up, parlaying that momentum into a victory in his first-round match.

The Favorites Hold: It was a strong day for the seeds, with 24 of the top 32 favorites securing their spots for Day 2.

We’re back at it this morning at 7:30 AM for another double-round.

Who will survive the day and make it into the elite 8? Stay tuned....
