About the Wisconsin PGA

The Wisconsin Section is one of the 41 sections that comprise the regional entities of the PGA of America. Over 600 members and associates belong to the Wisconsin Section, stretching from areas in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to almost the entire state of Wisconsin. Annually, the Wisconsin Section conducts over 40 professional events, operates their foundation – PGA REACH Wisconsin, and participates in several growth-of-the-game activities including PGA Jr. League, Drive, Chip and Putt and PGA HOPE. Wisconsin PGA Office is located at 11350 W. Theo Trecker Way in West Allis, Wis.

Bach Battles His Way To The Win

A field of 31 PGA associates and A-8 PGA members competed in the Wisconsin PGA Assistant Professional Spring Classic on Friday, May 29, 2026, at Oakwood Park Golf Course. The 18-hole stroke-play event marked the second assistant professional event of the 2026 season and was played under ideal scoring conditions, with temperatures in the mid-70s and a light breeze throughout the day.

Congratulations to former Wisconsin PGA Junior Foundation Intern, Spencer Lupinek.

Spencer was elected as a Class A PGA Member last week!

He is now a proud graduate of the PGA PGM Program at New Mexico State University and has taken on a role of an assistant professional at

Secondly, we want to congratulate Danny Lee of @chequamegonbaygolfclub on completing his Executive Management Specialization.

Danny was promoted over the winter from Head PGA Professional to PGA General Manager at his facility.

He has been on staff at the Ashland, Wisconsin-based ...club for the past two seasons. Previously, he spent time in Minnesota and Arizona in Head Professional and General Manager roles.

We wish Danny the best of luck as he sets his sights on achieving the Master Professional designation in Executive Management.

The month of May saw two more Wisconsin PGA Professionals finish up one of the three areas of the PGA Specialized Professional Program.

First up, we want to send a big congratulations to Abbie Nelson of @north_shore_ccmequonwi on completing her Teaching & Coaching Specialization.
...
Abbie certainly has a passion for teaching and growing the game, as she previously spent time with the First Tee of Southern Colorado before bringing her skills to North Shore CC this spring.
