About the Wisconsin PGA
The Wisconsin Section is one of the 41 sections that comprise the regional entities of the PGA of America. Over 600 members and associates belong to the Wisconsin Section, stretching from areas in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to almost the entire state of Wisconsin. Annually, the Wisconsin Section conducts over 40 professional events, operates their foundation – PGA REACH Wisconsin, and participates in several growth-of-the-game activities including PGA Jr. League, Drive, Chip and Putt and PGA HOPE. Wisconsin PGA Office is located at 11350 W. Theo Trecker Way in West Allis, Wis.

Bach Battles His Way To The Win
A field of 31 PGA associates and A-8 PGA members competed in the Wisconsin PGA Assistant Professional Spring Classic on Friday, May 29, 2026, at Oakwood Park Golf Course. The 18-hole stroke-play event marked the second assistant professional event of the 2026 season and was played under ideal scoring conditions, with temperatures in the mid-70s and a light breeze throughout the day.

Matt Toomey of Kettle Hills Golf Course is the latest Wisconsin PGA associate to earn their Class A PGA membership.

Matt has been on staff at Kettle Hills GC for the past five seasons ...as an assistant golf professional. Prior to his current role, he spent time at Silver Spring GC and GOLFTEC.

⛳️ A Little Home Cooking Helps Propel Bishops Bay Country Club Team To The Win! 🏆
Congratulations to John Shipshock, PJ Murphy, Calvin Kruschek, and Larry Paul for winning the National Golf Graphics, LLC Pro-Am on Monday. The home-club foursome dominated their closing nine holes of ...the 29-team Stableford event, racking up 157 points and 14 gross birdies to win by six points and secure a spot in the season-ending Oliphant Golf Management Pro-Am Championship.
Tournament Highlights:
Amateur MVP: Larry Paul led the champions with a field-high 55 points, featuring a terrific back-nine.
Low Professionals: Barrett Kelpin claimed the title, firing an 8-under-par 64 (53 points) with five birdies and an eagle over a seven-hole stretch. While Michael Crowley topped the senior division with 44 points.
Championship Bound: The second and third-place teams, led by John Knoll and Josh Grisa, also qualified for the championship.
