The WPGA / WIGSA Memorial Classic will once again honor those that passed in the last year that were connected to Wisconsin Golf, with a focus on WPGA members and salespeople.

In terms of the competition the Memorial Classic will be treated just like a normal WPGA 18-Hole Classic in terms of the purse structure and divisions.

Just like the Hornung's and Summer Classic there will be three different purses - regular, players and senior.

The one difference from a normal classic is that each group will feature one to two WGSA salespeople. The salespeople will team up with the pros in their group for a fun secondary one net best ball competition.

The Wisconsin PGA is again offering players a discount for entering WPGA classics early. Players receive a $15 discount off the normal entry fee up until one week before the deadline. For this particular event the discounted pricing ends on Monday, April 22 at 11:59 PM.

Also during registration for our one day classics and the Assistant Professional Stroke & Match Play you will be able to put in three different pairing requests. The section staff will then attempt to honor one of the three requests.

For this particular event you may request to play with the professionals and salespeople that are playing in the Memorial Classic.

Requests must be received by the Tuesday morning after the deadline.

Please note a salesperson or two will be playing alongside the professionals in each group. The event will feature a casual 1 net best ball team event.
