About the Wisconsin PGA
The Wisconsin Section is one of the 41 sections that comprise the regional entities of the PGA of America. Over 500 members and associates belong to the Wisconsin Section, stretching from areas in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to almost the entire state of Wisconsin. Annually, the Wisconsin Section conducts over 40 professional events, operates their foundation – PGA Reach Wisconsin, and participates in several growth-of-the-game activities including PGA Junior League, Drive, Chip and Putt and PGA HOPE. Wisconsin PGA Office is located at 11350 W. Theo Trecker Way in West Allis, Wis.

The 48th playing of the National Car Rental Assistant PGA Professional Championship will visit PGA Golf Club on Thursday-Sunday, November 14-17. This year's championship will venture back to the Port St. Lucie, FL club for the 29th straight year.

The Wisconsin Section of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (WPGA) announces Tracy Engles of Belgium, Wisconsin, as the 2025 PGA HOPE Wisconsin Ambassador in timing with Veterans Day. Engles was recently onboarded as a 2024-2025 representative at the PGA HOPE National Golf & Wellness Week on October 10-14 at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland. Engles is one of twenty new ambassadors nationwide.

Another Wisconsin PGA Assistant Player of the Year plaque is headed back to Kohler, Wisconsin and Whistling Straits & Blackwolf Run.
David Bach officially wrapped up this year's title early last week. The Whistling Straits assistant PGA professional put together another terrific ...year on the links.
He kicked things off in a big way by winning the Wisconsin PGA Member Match Play at Kohler in May. Although the event did not count towards the assistant point standings, it certainly was the biggest moment for him on the course in 2024.
The catalyst for his fourth Assistant Player of the Year honor was an impressive victory in the year-long Assistant Match Play and his low WPGA professional performance at the 104th Suter Ward Group At Morgan Stanley Wisconsin State Open in August.
