The 2018 PGA Professional Championship kicks off on Sunday, June 17th at Bayonet & Black Horse Golf Courses in Seaside, CA. The Wisconsin Section, PGA will be represented by Tom Burton, Ryan Helminen, Joe Leonard, David Roesch, Jim Schuman and Mark Voeller. The six Wisconsin PGA members will compete among the 312 PGA Professionals representing all 41 PGA sections.
The championship is will run from Sunday, June 17th until Wednesday, June 20th and feature a $650,000 purse. The field will face a cut to the low 90 and ties after the second round of play. Then a secondary cut will be made after 54 holes with the low 70 and ties advancing to the final day.
