The 2023 PGA Professional Championship kicks off on Sunday, April 30 at Twin Warriors and Santa Ana Golf Clubs in Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico. The Wisconsin PGA will be represented by five PGA professionals in this year’s 312 player field. Each individual earned a spot into the event with their play at the Wisconsin PGA Professional Championship last September.
Representing the Wisconsin Section this year is:

Erik Stenseth – Assistant PGA Professional – University Ridge GC (Madison)
The championship will run from Sunday, April 30 until Wednesday, May 3 and feature a $715,000 purse. The field will face a cut to the low 90 and ties after the second round of play. Then a secondary cut will be made after 54 holes, with the low 70 and ties advancing to the final day.
The low 20 scorers at the championship will earn an invitation to compete in the 2023 PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York in late May.
