What does winning this award mean to you? Winning this award means so much to me. Being far from home, it feels like all the efforts I’ve made—choosing to move to another country and fully committing to developing my career—are truly paying off. It’s incredibly fulfilling to call my family and share this achievement, knowing it makes them proud. I’m not only thankful for this award but also for the support I have back home in Argentina from those who have always believed in me.
One Noteworthy Item from The Recipient’s Award Application – Diaz oversees the entire outside operations with a strong focus on member and guest services. This includes managing the budget and leading, hiring, scheduling, and training over 35 employees during the golf season. He also was responsible for helping implement a new push cart policy which transitioned the club away from storing nearly 195 member-owned push carts. The new policy has helped enhance the level of service, increased push cart revenue, and provided the club with more bag room storage space.
Fun Fact – Recently became engaged and the couple adopted a Siberian Husky named Harvey this past year.
