All members and participants should understand the WPGA is committed to strict compliance with all applicable government orders. All procedures and policies set forth in conducting our events shall be subject to change based on any future Orders issued by any government authority with jurisdiction. It is expected that all participants shall adhere to all guidelines in place at each event. WPGA will monitor compliance. Failure to comply with guidelines may result in disqualification.
The WPGA is attempting to conduct events for members and amateurs, however the WPGA DOES NOT provide any assurance that such events will be conducted free of risk, including risks associated with the COVID 19 VIRUS. Each participant must make their own determination regarding the risks and benefits of participating in any event. By participating, each participant understands and agrees that the WPGA provides no assurances regarding health or safety based on participation in the event. WPGA disclaims any liability for injury, liability, cost or damages and by participating each participant agrees to hold WPGA harmless from any injury, liability, cost or damages suffered by a participant including injury, liability, cost or damages incurred as a consequence of the presence of the COVID-19 virus.
